We are seeking a Shows & Touring Production Coordinator in our office full time. The Coordinator will assist our Show/Tour producers in organizing and executing elements of the overall project, within budget and in a timely manner.
Overall project support for Creative Director, Production Manager and Show Design team
Book and organize crew travel logistics for the tours, shows, and rehearsals.
Source, coordinate and oversee fulfillment of orders with vendors including invoices, certificates of insurance and logistics
Track and submit all necessary payment/payment authorizations to the Accounting team
Maintain vendor databases
Assist in ordering and oversight of installation of custom-fabricated elements
Organize and file all project related documents and resources
Schedule, participate, and take notes on all show related production meetings and client calls
Work with Producers, Technical Directors, and Production Managers on overall load-in scheduling and logistics
Advance any on-site setup and crew needs
Onsite support for the Director, Production Managers, FOH Team, Creative Director and vendors
3+ years of experience as a production coordinator or production manager at both venues and festivals.
Skilled in budget management and tracking, vendor management, database management
Ability to travel as needed, up to 40% of the time
Excellent verbal and written skills
Knowledge of all production, touring, and stage terms and elements.
Very attentive and organized
You need to be a leader, taking initiative and seeing beyond the first task in front of you
Proven record of delivering the impossible is a plus
Extra credit: touring experience
We are only seeking applicants with experience within the Live Music Industry. All applicants in the tv/film/theatre industries without live music work experience are not qualified.
