This is a Full Time Job
We are looking for a Creator Partnerships leader to serve as the key executive working frontline with our largest creators and their representation. As the face of the business to these partners, this individual must be a high-trust, magnetic personality who can creatively solve problems with great business acumen. In parallel, this individual must be able to demonstrate backbone, show resilience in high-pressure situations, and have experience working on eight figure (or higher) partnership negotiations. This individual must be entrepreneurial and have the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously, while managing competing deadlines. No ask is too small, and no vision is too big – in support of our creator partners.
Key job responsibilities
• Manage relationships with top-tier creators and talent representation, in partnership with cross-Amazon teams.
• Define and evolve an operating model for best-in-class creator partner relations, ranging from world-renowned superstars through emerging creators.
• Champion creator needs to internal teams, creating systems for handling high-profile concepts, feedback, and support needed.
• Collaborate on strategic creator account management, engaging with internal teams to design programs/processes to drive the right outcomes with partners.
• Build reporting to track creator success and represent business results to leadership.
Qualifications
• 8 years of account management, business development, content licensing or finance experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Knowledge of digital video landscape, including solid understanding of digital video distribution technologies
• Experience managing a large number of account relationships and deals simultaneously, ideally related to media/entertainment
• 6 years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
• 11 years of working directly with creators and developing creator careers in a talent management, agency or platform role experience
• Experience communicating results to senior leadership, or experience in building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making
• 8 years of internal stakeholder management including collaborations on strategic creator account management and engaging with internal teams to design programs/processes to drive the right outcomes with partners
• 8 years of experience championing creator initiatives through data-driven systems and reporting, including developing success metrics trackers, managing high-profile concepts and feedback loops, and effectively communicating business results to Senior Leadership.
