Full Time Job
A small, fast paced broadcast and digital media PR company is looking for an exceptional and self-motivated Administrative Assistant. Candidate must have excellent people skills and be eager to play a pivotal role with our growing company. This is not an entry-level position; we are looking for an experienced professional with 3-5 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced work environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Support production team in daily tasks including excel reports, creating media alerts, tv/radio station interview follow-up, maintaining and updating project files. Also responsible for assisting with satellite/radio media tour coordination, general office assistance, and other various projects as needed.
Education and/or Experience:
• BA/BS Degree and previous administrative assistant experience.
Qualifications (Skills & Abilities):
• Excellent computer skills are a MUST (we are a Mac office, computer will be provided).
• Strong Writing Skills.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Keynote and ZOOM.
• Salesforce and BOX knowledge a big plus.
• Familiarity with HTML and email marketing platforms a plus.
• Extremely detail oriented with excellent follow through.
• Solid verbal and written communications skills.
• Outstanding organizational skills.
• Ability to learn new programs quickly.
• Willing to jump in and help where necessary and do what it takes to get the job done.
• This is not a production position.
• Must be comfortable working virtually with occasional office time in LA.
Position is 40 hours per week (M-F).
