HR Business Partner (Compliance and Employee Relations)
About the Role

As an HR Business Partner, you will directly contribute to the analysis, strategy, execution, and continued innovation of the processes and procedures that support our Employee Relations and Compliance initiatives.
This person will foster an industry-leading approach, ensuring that Employee Relations and Compliance processes are developed and maintained to the highest possible level of quality. Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions**):
Responsibilities:
• Employee Relations:
• Determining the accuracy of the legal documents related to employees.
• Resolving employee relation issues by counseling the employee and managers
• Examining the source of problems between employees.
• Maintaining and creating a back-up of all the data related to employees.
• Create an exceptional employee experience.
• Maintain key relationships with managers/employees and quickly learn key elements of the business to determine employee relation needs.
• Compliance
• Working together with the HR team to communicate the requirements associated with all applicable HR-related legal/regulatory and compliance programs.
• Responsible for drafting policy, process and procedure to improve on the compliance posture of the company.
• Carry out employee relations investigations as requested by the company.
• Discreetly handle sensitive employee reports or information
• Provide HR Generalist support as needed.
• Provide Learning and Development support as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Education:
• Bachelor's degree in from a four-year college or university, preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources or another related field. Or equivalent years of experience
Experience:
• 5 years general Human Resources experience
• 5 years general employee relations and compliance experience
• Learning and Development experience highly preferred
• 3 years experience in the Entertainment/Media industries
