About the Role
The COVID-19 Program Administrator is an HR professional who will ensure that COVID-19 requirements are implemented in all PDS and CMI work locations in conjunction with the various department heads. The COVID-19 Safety Coordinator will report to the Senior HR Business Partner.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions**):
Responsibilities:
• Advise company on COVID-19 best practices in health and safety
• Lead COVID-19 health and safety planning in the workplace according to legal guidelines
• Determine requirements needed to comply with guidelines
• Evaluate practices, procedures and facilities to assess risk and adherence to regulations
• Ensure required health compliance training for all staff and temps is provided per the ETS
• Ensure employee screening protocols are in place and monitor daily
• Submit order and distribution directions of COVID-19 tests as needed
• Enforce policies and protocols in-office in conjunction with management
• Maintain COVID trackers and communications to employees regarding exclusion from the workplace and their clearance to return
• Communicate with payroll on pay issues associated with COVID-19
• Provide reports to management regarding concerns, violations, and compliance
• Stay current on new developments in health and safety to improve quality and efficacy of production processes
• Act as an HR Assistant/Coordinator
• Any other tasks/duties as assigned
Required Skills:
• Basic knowledge of safety and health standards and regulations.
• OSHA Health & Safety Experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Software: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Have strong technology skills (navigate a cell phone, tablet, laptop computer and applications)
• Desire to continue development of technical skills and industry knowledge
• Ability to adapt to varying work environments, possesses a strong pro-active work ethic and quickly adapt to new responsibilities
• Ability to manage and effectively communicate escalated issues to management
• Ability to advise and guide managers to implement changes necessary in a timely manner
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Proven strong organizational skills including logistics, time management and scheduling
• Must be able to work well in a team environment, a people person who can manage with confidence, maintain policy/protocol, and operate with authority when needed
• Must be comfortable speaking to groups and providing training
• Handle issues with a high degree of tact and maintain confidentiality always.

Education:?
• High school diploma or GED required.
Experience:
• Must have at least 6 months experience in COVID Compliance

• Must have at least 2 years of relevant Human Resources experience.
Salary - $25-28 per hour
This position is an office based role
