Support Technician
At Premiere, we are working with a large dataset to build software solutions for order/status tracking, global pricing management, targeted marketing, and sales analytics.
We're looking for a support technician who is experienced with interacting with a client base and troubleshooting any issues or questions that may arise.

- You have excellent communication skills. Most communication will be via email so you will need to convey your ideas clearly and concisely.
- You have a confident and positive attitude that support the goals of service excellence and are able to work in a team environment

- Obtaining an understanding of new software products
- Multi-tasking in a high-volume environment
- Being dedicated to providing exceptional customer service, including
troubleshooting issues with clients and ensuring they have a good understanding of the functionality
- Recognizing when issues need to be escalated and/or delegated to other areas of support
- Building documentation and use cases that could provide further education on the use of software in an easy to digest format
- Recognizing and vocalizing opportunities for improvement around software and overall workflow
