About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Growth, the Director of Sales Planning & Business Analysis will be responsible for supporting the Growth Department on multiple aspects of Premiere Digital's business including sales and customer projections, key go-to-market decisions, deal structures and execution, strategic sales and quarterly customer business reviews including effectiveness and enablement. You will be responsible for overseeing the day to day Salesforce® operational activities, growth and acceleration, and communications related to the business and will be a primary interface for each financial quarter readiness and close. The role will serve as a key liaison with cross functional teams including but not limited to Finance, Product and Operations. The Director will also act as the primary owner of various communication activities both from content as well as logistical aspects. This role will interact closely with the sales team, sales leadership, and the Chief Commercial Officer.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions**):
Management of Salesforce®
Deal Reviews and Go-To Market Planning
Annual Plan and Quarterly Strategic Planning
Performance metrics and KPI's
Capacity Strategy and Operations Reporting
Strategic Sales Programs
Responsibilities:
Develop strategy to execution and engage with leaders and stakeholders to drive change initiatives
Lead creation, definition, communication and execution of key business priorities and strategies
Manage ongoing strategy and implementation of Salesforce® for entire group
Engage with Sales and Finance Leader to continually define and manage budgets
Provide innovative and strategic analysis of market activities, leading to business insights and planning
Create modeling and portfolio management of rates, deals and deal structures
Help in modeling for QBRs with CCO for top clients and suggest changes and sales efficiencies including workforce planning and analytics.
Develop business requirements and creation/tracking of success with performance metrics
Provide constant, clear communication and facilitation of objectives, status, tactics, and results to all stakeholders
Act as a Change agent to transform the sales experience by creating and aligning new capabilities
Required Skills:
• Expert Knowledge of Salesforce®
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Proficient knowledge with relevant legal requirements and regulations
• Strong ethic for working with confidential information
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrate critical thinking skills
• Attention to detail and organization skills
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities
• Strong interpersonal abilities and communication skills
• Ability and interest to work in a geographically diverse environment
Qualifications:
Education:
• Bachelor's Degree in related field required
• MBA in applicable field strongly preferred.
Experience:
• 5 + years in sales distribution, business planning and analysis
