The New York City office of an esteemed international CPA firm is recruiting a career-minded Executive/Administrative Assistant to join our Entertainment Business Management group.
We are looking for a dynamic, energetic and self-motivated professional with a genuine desire to provide excellent care and service to our clients while taking on the various day to day office functions in a friendly, team oriented environment. We are proud to offer a competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, 401k, flex spending, vacation, and paid holidays.
Essential Functions include but are not limited to the following:
• Represent partner by welcoming visitors, reviewing correspondence; arranging client/partner dinners and other corporate functions; answering questions and meeting requests directed to partner
• Organize partner's calendar; keep partner informed of appointments throughout the week and assist in preparation of meetings;
• Arrange corporate travel and meetings by developing itineraries and agendas, book transportation; arrange lodging and handle meeting accommodations and reservations.
• Research potential and existing clients
• Various administrative functions to include mail distribution, electronic document storage, data entry into spreadsheets and ad hoc projects as needed.
• Social media and Google alerts regarding clients
Qualifications:
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional skills in Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks and Social Media sites.
• Positive client service orientation and attitude; a team player
• High level of organization and multi-tasking ability
• Experience in a professional service firm a plus
