Point.360 is currently seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our Localization team. The Project Coordinator will manage localization projects from beginning to end, working with clients to assess their needs, scheduling translators or editors to complete tasks, and delivering files back to clients. This position will require learning proprietary software as well as being able to quickly learn and switch between multiple workflows.
Primary Responsibilities:
Manage captioning/subtitling/scripting projects through to delivery;
Proactively communicate with clients; manage expectations and keep them informed of project milestones;
Communicate with other departments to manage workflow and/or resolve problems as they arise;
Manage in-house and freelance resources to complete projects in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
2+ years of localization or project management experience in the entertainment industry;
Prior experience in managing multiple workflows and projects is a must;
Excellent problem solving and communication skills;
Demonstrated critical thinking experience;
Ability to work independently.;
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and organize;
Excellent organization, time management, and planning skills;
Detail oriented, hard-working and, can-do attitude.
