Podwall Entertainment, a full-service talent management company, is seeking a full-time assistant to the company's owner and talent manager. Ideal candidate would be interested in representation of talent in TV/Film, music, theater, and beyond. This position requires superior communication skills/phone manners, an elevated degree of multi-tasking, excellent writing skills; and to be well-organized and detail-oriented.
Responsibilities include phones, correspondence, scheduling, travel coordination, client appointments, social media upkeep, and project tracking. Similarly, maintaining relationships with agents, publicists, and business managers. Also, must be Windows, MS Office & Internet proficient. Knowledge of Breakdown Express is a plus. Previous desk experience in Agency/Management/Casting is preferred, as this is a fast-paced work environment. Having knowledge of major industry players is also a plus. Must be able to handle all matters with absolute professionalism/discretion and be available at all times for the company and represented talent.
Candidates should have a college degree and 1+ years of industry experience.
