Vice President, Brand Communications (PR/Corporate Communications)
PMK• BNC New York is seeking a Vice President, Brand Communications to serve as strategic counsel to senior and C-level executives within our client's organization and provide strong thought-leadership and strategic recommendations for the brand.

With more than 250 employees spanning offices in Los Angeles, New York and London, we engage in public relations, event marketing, experiential marketing strategies, celebrity/influencer marketing and outreach, product integration, sponsorship, content creation and brand consultation.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as thought-partner for C-level and high profile executives at major technology brand by providing problem solving and discussion around topics on how the brand can maintain and communicated leadership position.
• Assist client executives in understanding and quantifying different positioning scenarios for the brand with key media
• Contribute to knowledge development by helping define competitive landscape and positioning to support top executive management strategic decisions.
• Responsible for consulting with executives on profile pieces, speaking engagements, and panel appearances.
• Understanding of how Corporate Social Responsibility efforts can elevate corporate reputation.
• Responsible for creating brand strategy that ties in with HQ global positioning and can be used in U.S. market.
• Serve as a primary contact for C-level and high profile executives to provide strategic PR counsel and address any issues
• Develop and maintain strong interpersonal relationships with C suite and senior level clients
• Understand how to parse out a complex story for different audiences
• Incorporate new media platforms and counsel C-suite and high profile executives on how to leverage them to achieve overall marketing objectives
• Work closely with other account teams with brand to ensure synergy, collaboration, and communication
• Manage a high-output team, ensure their understanding of the strategy and that all deliverables are on-point.
• Maintain current knowledge of trends, the competitive landscape, and confidentially provide strategic point-of-views to the client
• Be proactive, anticipate client needs and keep multiple activities on schedule
• Create your own and improve upon Client's methods for implementation while building your knowledge and contribute to the agency's know-how. These contributions will include your experience to date as well as your creative ideas
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree preferably in Communications, Management Consulting, Public Relations or Marketing
• 10 years of experience; agency experience and consumer tech category is a plus
• Experience with Corporate Communications, Executive Positioning and Thought Leadership, Corporate Social Responsibility
• Outstanding quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with C-Suite and senior level executives
• Natural interest in consumer technology and curiosity for what's in the pop-culture conversations
