We are currently seeking a Senior Strategic Insights Analyst to support the Strategic Insights & Analytics group in our New York, NY location. The ideal candidate will be a very strong analytical thinker who is able to bring together data from multiple sources, and quickly combine them to identify valid and valuable insights. They will weave together qualitative, quantitative, structured and unstructured data to provide insights and recommendations to our clients. The candidate will work with agency and client teams from multiple disciplines; providing analysis for a range of Experiential programs. This individual should be an expert number cruncher who pays close attention to detail, and who is highly focussed on data integrity and accuracy. The ideal candidate will be able to clearly and concisely communicate numerical concepts and measurement methodologies to both our agency and client teams. This role requires strong communication skills and excellent presentation abilities. An understanding of Branding and Marketing Strategy, as well as a keen understanding of how it connects to Popular Culture are advantageous.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Support client teams by translating marketing and business objectives into an appropriate measurement framework and reporting for Experiential programs
• Establish meaningful KPIs that ladder back to program objectives
• Create projections and forecasts, monitor program performance and variances versus goals
• Audit data sets and reports for accuracy, validity and data integrity
• Build and maintain data collection processes to ensure accuracy and timely delivery of results
• Create appropriate tools, dashboards and data visualizations to effectively communicate insights
• Analyze data, identify trends, and interpret results to establish key takeaways and business recommendations
• Create insightful, concise reports to aid in evaluating programs with internal teams
• Prepare client-ready dashboards, reports and presentations; participate in client meetings, conference calls and presentations
• Serve as a liaison for agency and client teams; keeping up to date with programming, communicating status and changes to the wider SI&A team
• Complete ad hoc requests from account team and client and ensure accurate fulfillment in a timely manner
• Explore innovative measurement tools and approaches and recommend new solutions
• Serve as a resource and subject matter expert on market research vendors, analytics tools and measurement best practices
• Flexibility in work schedule required with weekend / evening hours
• Occasional travel may be required
Required Experience and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree. Advanced degrees preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, market research or consumer insights
• Must have excellent computer skills, expert in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access)
• Experience using analytics and visualization tools (e.g. SPSS, SQL, R, Excel Macros, Tableau, Power BI, Piktochart, Visual.ly etc.) preferred
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely to a variety of audiences
• Skilled at visualizing data that clearly illustrates information and performance
• Exceptional project management skills: manages multiple priorities, handles pressure and meets tight deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Keen attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy
• Creative problem solving skills
• Collaborative and good team player
• Manage and develop strong client relationships, both internal and external
