Junior Account Executive, Brand Marketing (Experiential-Channel)
PMK• BNC's Los Angeles Brands practice is seeking an Junior Account Executive for our Experiential Marketing Channel team to work on our leading global telecommunications client. The Junior Account Executive will work to drive consumer excitement for this company's mobile solutions in the retail space by developing and implementing innovative marketing initiatives, promotions and experiential events.

Primary Responsibilities Are:
• Develop and execute highly effective retail marketing campaigns and experiential programs in support of a multitude of products and channels that reflect The Company's leadership, innovation and style in mobile devices
• Create presentations and proposals in support of brand and product launches through various retail channels
• Provide input and analysis on trends in the marketplace and in technology that could maximize the consumer experience within retail
• Manage PMK• BNC's marketing agency activities such as concept to planning, coordination, execution and budgets
• Use knowledge of the wireless retail industry trends and competition to anticipate needs and opportunities for future marketing strategies
• Foster strong working relationships within all levels of The Company, its carrier and retail partners, using effective communication and collaboration tools
Qualifications:
• Bachelors Degree from accredited college or university
• 2 years experience in Retail Marketing and Promotions; managing agencies is preferred
• 2 years experience in event, conference or activation planning, execution and management
• Advanced knowledge of the wireless retail industry, competition and industry trends
• Proven Project Management and Production skills, and success in guiding and motivating cross-functional project teams on multiple assignments and projects
• Experience in creating formal presentations and proposals, as well as translating performance metrics into highlights and key learnings
• Thorough understanding of the marketing landscape
• Ability to travel 40% of time
• Must be agile and adaptable to changing priorities
• Must possess great interpersonal and communication skills
• Must have passion for information and learning
• Demonstrated ability to have a good balance between creative and analytical thinking
