PMK• BNC's Los Angeles office is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator. This role will serve as the first point of contact for the Human Resources Department.

Human Resources Responsibilities:
• Serve as the first point of contact for the HR Department, providing general employee assistance on benefits, timesheets, HR initiatives, employment verifications, etc.
• Lead new hire orientation for Los Angeles and New York.
• Coordinate all employee onboarding and offboarding.
• Train Assistant and Account Coordinator level new hires on the Assistant/AC guide, educating on policies and best practices.
• Coordinate quarterly new hire meet and greets with office of the CEO.
• Assist with creation of quarterly dashboard reporting, gathering information and statistics about the employee population.
• Assist in employee gifting program (new baby, marriage, bereavement/illness flowers) and charitable contributions.
• Order, maintain and store company swag, ensuring NY office is fully stocked as well.
• Maintain personnel files over employee lifecycle.
• Update company organizational charts.
• Run various reports as requested.
• Assist with company cultural events.
• Utilize social media to announce and memorialize agency events and HR initiatives.
• Additional projects, assignments or events as assigned.
Qualifications
• All applicants must include a brief cover letter stating why they are interested in this position.
• 1-3 years proven success in an administrative role, preferably in a corporate human resources (or an HR related discipline) environment.
• Must be Microsoft Office savvy (intermediate level), especially with regards to Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong work ethic and drive to succeed.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively connect with team members, and employees at all levels.
• High level of discretion and judgement, ensuring the preservation of confidentiality.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
