PMK• BNC's New York office is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the Brand Communications team. We're looking for an enthusiastic and polished administrative rockstar to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting executive level members. Most importantly, the ideal candidate will be willing to get their hands dirty and provide assistance where needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Administrative support for Executive Vice President, including answering phones, scheduling meetings, booking travel, and completing expense reports, event insurance, processing invoices, timesheet logs, budget reconcile, etc.
• Coordination and preparation for internal and external meetings
• Overseeing complex calendars and scheduling
• Facilitating domestic and international travel; composing detailed itineraries
• Preparing expense reports for select team members
• Regularly develop and maintain media contact lists and databases
• Organizing department events
• Maintaining dashboards, documents, records and reports
• Taking call notes and meeting minutes
• Assisting creation of professional and client-ready documents - PowerPoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets etc.
• Collaborating on ad hoc tasks and projects
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Administrative support experience in a fast moving corporate or agency setting preferred
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office; PowerPoint and Outlook
• Excellent written, verbal, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills are a must
• Ability to consistently handle sensitive and/or confidential material and information appropriately
• Sincere interest in the evolving media landscape, emerging marketing techniques and the entertainment space
