Pluto TV is looking for an organized, adaptable and detail-oriented Creative Services Coordinator to help support the scaling workflow of the in-house and external Creative Studio! The Creative Services Coordinator is responsible for assisting in handling the Creative team’s workflow and ensuring that all production processes are followed in order to increase efficiency, meet deadlines and deliver effective creative. This role will work with the in-house team of editors, designers, and animators, external production agencies, inter-departmental stakeholders, as well as content and distribution partners, and will report directly to the Director, Creative Services.
Responsibilities:
• Using project management tools to assign tasks, track projects, and deliver final assets
• Checking that incoming materials are delivered on-time and according to spec and outgoing collateral is exported correctly
• Ensuring proper file management protocol is being followed
• Set up agenda, brainstorming, request and assignment meetings, taking notes and following up on action items
• Following up with partners for assets and awareness of project milestones
• Procuring and delivering assets to internal team members and external partners
• Assisting in the day-to-day operations of the Creative Studio
Qualifications:
• 1 years of experience in Project Management, Creative or Marketing role
• Understanding of creative process and workflow
• Basic experience with Adobe Creative Cloud
• Experience with task management software, file management software and Google’s suite of tools
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with strong writing and verbal communication
• Highly organized with keen attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and task-switch across changing priorities & deadlines
Additional Qualifications:
• Experience working with streaming platforms or in the entertainment industry
