Job Summary:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide active coordination of studio-wide, group, department, or show-specific classes, programs, trainings and events from early stage development through deployment and wrap-up
• Maintain team project management systems and documentation to keep on track with timelines and deliverables. Department projects and initiatives to manage project timelines and deliverables
• Communicate class details to attendees and the studio
• Serve as a point of contact for outside partner organizations and vendors, and manage vendor paperwork
• Support trainings and classes in preparation, execution, and follow up; assist facilitators in sessions by moderating virtual learning experiences for positive participant experience (e.g. Zoom, breakout rooms, chat/polls, sharing presentation, troubleshooting, etc.)
• Maintain the Leadership Development training calendar and individual calendaring for the Sr. Manager and Director of Culture and Learning
• Track spending and process invoices associated with vendors and trainings to ensure alignment with Leadership Development budget
• Take notes for trainings, working sessions, classes, and studio initiatives
• Provide event preparation and on site event management
• Collaborate on brainstorming program design. Contribute to all aspects of program development including design, delivery, and evaluation. Identify and design resources &, materials required for a successful educational experience
• Administer class and project evaluations, and generate reports to summarize responses
• Provide general coordination and communication to the department as needed, including Pixar University calendar oversight
• Maintain the Leadership Development wiki pages; assist in design and updates to The Leadership Toolbox
• Create Leadership Development presentations using Google Slides and design Google Docs for training resources
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work well independently and within a team
• Proactive and self-starting nature
• Comfort learning new software systems
• Discreetness when dealing with confidential data and sensitive topics
• Meticulous attention to detail with strong organizational skills
• Flexibility and adaptability with ever-changing schedules and shifting priorities
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Graphic design and project management are a plus
• Familiarity and interest in learning and diversity and inclusion
• Computer literacy with file databases, spreadsheets, Google Suite, presentations, in Excel,
• Google suite, PowerPoint, Keynote, and similar business software a plus
• Experience with Asana or other project management software a plus
