JOB DESCRIPTION: Executive Assistant to COO
FULL JOB DESCRIPTION:
PICTURESTART is looking for a full-time Executive Assistant to the COO. Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- General administrative duties (answering phones, heavy scheduling, travel)
- Industry/competitive research
- Creating, developing, and maintaining industry reports
- Project and deal tracking
- Creative support as needed (reading submissions, giving notes on project drafts, etc.)
BACKGROUND AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Required
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Attention to detail, well spoken, professional
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Excellent analytical, verbal, and written skills
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
- High degree of comfort managing multiple projects and ability to work independently
- Exhibit a ''no task too big or small'' attitude
Desired
- Experience or background in financial analysis or modeling
- Previous experience in Film/TV (e.g., agency, management company, production company, etc.)
