Opportunity:
Directly responsible for managing the Accounts Payable function across multiple divisions of the company.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare vendor check payments and bank wire transfers.
• Set up and maintain vendor records.
• Review and match vendor invoices to purchase orders.
• Maintain purchase order log as well as pending purchase orders.
• Ensure proper coding of documents to G/L and project accounts.
• Opportunity to lead integration with new reporting and treasury management platform.
• Assist with development of the PO System and streamlining processes.
• Maintain organizational structure of department filing records.
• Respond to financial questions/concerns to meet business needs.
Required Skills:
• General knowledge of the operations and practices of the company.
• Knowledge of finance and accounting procedures.
• Proficiency with SAP.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage employees and multi-task under set deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
• Prior experience within entertainment of post-production facility preferred.
Qualifications:
Education:
• BA/BS in applicable field preferred.
