Job Purpose
This position will act as the primary liaison for the Marketing Partnership team on behalf of any, and all marketing needs. Primary responsibility is to collaborate with Marketing Partnership team to create and execute organizational campaigns/platforms with the inclusion of Marketing Partners. Core focus for this position will be to act as a campaign architect in the facilitation of all organizational deliverables required to successfully execute and recap each external Marketing Partner campaign.
Primary (Essential) Duties
• Collaborate with Marketing Partnership representatives in an effort to identify, execute, and recap organizational marketing campaigns/initiatives with areas of partner inclusion
• Provide fully integrated, multi-channel strategic recommendations that engage consumers, including those aimed at Partnership; campaigns and/or events, promoting product and/or services offered, data collection via contest/sweepstakes entry
• Serve as campaign lead (project manager) in the submission and facilitation of all marketing campaign requirements (creative requests, task submissions, VO copy, etc…) with Partnership inclusion (collaborative effort with Activation team)
• Attend and actively participate in scheduled Marketing Partnership meetings as the appointed liaison from Marketing
• Produce and share ideas for promotional events and/or activities in support of the Marketing Partner goals and initiatives
• Lead organizational efforts and develop and execute fully immersive Theme Nights and/or special platforms/programs deployed (special emphasis on Marketing Partnerships)
• Provide current, accurate and reliable information to Director of Marketing as to daily, weekly, monthly activities and initiatives in support of Marketing Partnerships initiatives
• Assist in other Marketing Partnership and marketing support duties as assigned

• Computer skills required: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook)
Experience/Education Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar field is required
• Minimum four (4) years of experience in marketing or advertising
Working Conditions and Physical Demands:
• Traditional business hours with occasional weekends, evenings, some holidays and some overtime to meet business needs. During the season, availability to attend games on nights, weekends, and holidays.
