Job Purpose
We are looking for a smart, highly motivated, results-oriented Digital Marketer to join our team -someone with the willingness to wear multiple hats, analyze results of engagement efforts, and support (and often lead) a diverse range of engagement and sales initiatives.
This position will be responsible for contributing vision and strategy while collaborating with various departments (Marketing, Content, CRM, and Ticket Sales). This role requires strong communications and project management skills, along with advanced knowledge of social and digital engagement strategies.

Primary (Essential) Duties
• Serve as Tealium subject matter expert, defining new segments, nurture funnels, sales templates, and conversion opportunities
• Responsible for search engine optimization and content marketing traffic, including Google Posts and Outbrain
• Partner with key stakeholders to lead attribution initiatives & optimize various customer journeys
• Leverage digital technologies to set incremental appointments, both in-arena and digital (360/VR, AR, virtual tours and arena tours)
• Coordinate cross-functional social selling efforts across Digital Agency, Content, Creative Services, and Marketing
• Provide concise and accurate reports on the performance of digital assets & initiatives
• Supports the needs of the internal departments and external clients as needed
• Partner with technical team and box office to improve mobile ticketing experience within venue
• Direct supervision of Digital Creative Specialist
• • Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities
• Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting
• Proficiency with analytics tools and web traffic reporting
• Experience with A/B or multivariate testing
• Experience managing large scale marketing automation campaigns
• Proven ability to deliver results and prioritize tasks in a fast-moving, dynamic environment
• Excellent documentation and workflow management
• Ability to conceptualize, scope, and execute projects to strict deadlines
• Confident, self-motivated individual with strong, demonstrable bias for action
• Excellent writing and copy-editing skills
• Proficiency with Content Management Systems and ability to edit basic HTML and CSS
Experience/Education Requirements
• Related Bachelor's Degree and Marketing experience (preferred)
• Minimum of five years' experience providing digital marketing/strategy/execution or social media management
• Proven project and team management experience
• Strong technical knowledge of digital marketing and social media networks
• Strong oral and written communications skills and the ability to produce clear, compelling, client-ready written deliverables
• Experience with Tealium is strongly preferred
• Google/Adobe Analytics experience. Knowledge and experience on social media platforms, blogging, email marketing, eCommerce, SEO, SEM, and website development.
Working Conditions and Physical Demands:
• Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods of time
• Must be able to lift and move up to 25lbs
• May require limited travel
• Game night duties, as needed
