Full Time Job
The Business Intelligence Coordinator will support the Global Partnership Solutions team and related organizational activities. This position is responsible for ensuring organizational KPIs, research and third party data is appropriately tracked and made available for the purpose of conducting analysis, storytelling, maximizing revenue and optimizing strategic decision-making.
What you will do:
• Assist in research and analytics for client and prospect needs
• Support Sales team with all facets of business development as needed
• Create dashboards to more effectively facilitate information accessibility
• Research and prospect potential partners
• Conduct competitive category analysis
• Research/Analytics
• Support all research, surveys and qualitative/quantitative reporting
• Assist with all research and associated vendors (Turnkey, Scarborough, Nielsen, SponsorUnited, etc.)
• Help maintain CRM database, department reporting and expense tracking for the purposes of Net-Net accounting
• Partner Engagement: Internal/External Communication
• Assist in the generation of partner case studies to include proof of performance, proposal inclusion, best practices, etc.
• Efficiencies and Processes
• Work across departments to determine areas for greater efficiency and process improvement
• Ensure consistency of information disseminated throughout the department including attendance, ratings, impressions, etc.
• Database Management - work to ensure the most up to date CRM, data and traffic systems are in place and effectively being used to manage efficiency
• Assist as requested in other departmental areas and special projects as assigned
• Assist sales and activation in renewal of key accounts as needed - Outline strategy, design, research, analytics, etc.
What we need from our Coordinator:
• Must have strong power point and excel skills
• Experience with Microsoft CRM a plus
• Experience with a data visualization tool and/or a programming language (SQL, R, Python) a plus
• Strong ability to communicate/visualize analytical data
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to problem solve
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to multi-task and handle a variety of responsibilities

Experience/Education:
• 4 year College Degree (BA/BS) is required
