Full Time Job
The Activation Assistant will support the Global Partnership Solutions (GPS) for GPS Activation & Sales teams. This will include the oversight and execution of partner events, partnership sales pitch process and contractual account fulfillment.
What You Will Do:
• Collaborate with Activation Managers to execute partner-related events (e.g. develop run of show and manage events onsite)
• Responsible for promotion/event proof of performance and creation of formal recaps to be delivered to partners
• Assist with the activation of partnership elements to fulfill contractual obligations
• Work closely with inter-departments to track proof of performance for contractual assets (e.g. impressions data, in-arena/broadcast clips, digital/social screenshots, photos, etc.)
• Coordinate talent appearances for partner events (e.g. Gorilla, Scorch, dancers, emcees)
• Develop and execute GPS Sales support initiatives as needed (e.g. renewal and new business pitches)
• Support department with gameday hospitality (e.g. pre/post-game private receptions, VIP suites, group nights)
• Assist with client-facing gameday promotions/activations
• Manage inventory of promotional giveaway items for events, gameday needs and gifting
• Maintains regular and reliable attendance

• Ability to multi-task and handle a variety of responsibilities
• Self-motivated and ability to work independently
• Dependable and detail-oriented
• Must have a strong understanding of Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to problem solve
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Education and Experience:
• College degree – BA/BS or equivalent experience (preferred)

• Flexible schedule to include weekends, evenings, some holidays and some overtime to meet business needs. Event days/times will take priority.
• Expected to work most home games and events
• Extended periods of standing during events and games
• Must be comfortable in a crowd of people. Exposed to loud environment
• Must be able to lift boxes up to 30 pounds
• Ability to travel to off-site events/meetings around the Phoenix-Metro area
