Job Summary: PHNTM is looking for a driven culture manager to support our leadership team and spearhead human resources, onboarding, and culture initiatives across the company. A love of music, culture, and art is just as important as strong organizational skills and administrative know-how. With a high volume of unique work and a quickly growing organization, no two days are ever the same; an ability to be a voice of reason, reinforce our values, and provide guidance to employees is critical.
Responsibilities:
Manage internal and external recruiting initiatives
Manage benefits administration for FTEs
Lead hiring and onboarding process for new FTEs and contractors
Work with administrative assistant to manage software, hardware, and office access and permissions for FTEs
Work with bookkeeper to manage payroll and handle remote hire tax forms, etc.
Manage other day-to-day human resources responsibilities as needed
Work with leadership to conceptualize and deploy continuing education and professional development programs
Qualifications:
Bachelors' Degree or commensurate work experience
Previous employment experience in an HR role, preferably for a creative or tech company
Mastery of Google Workspace, understanding of other task management programs (Slack, Trello, etc.), and ability to learn new business software quickly
Ability to articulate yourself clearly and professionally via email and on the phone
Warm personality with great communication skills
Valid Drivers' License
