Position Summary:The Digital Media Associate will work with the Digital team on the day-to-day management and development of social media accounts in organizations online presence. The Digital Media Associate will support the digital team in the creation and publishing of content to social accounts and website during office hours and on game nights.Must not be afraid to take risks and push themselves in the digital space.

Responsibilities
include, but are not limited to the following:
• Assist in maintaining and content creation of all online properties including but not limited to sixers.com
• Provide development for digital projects and applications across the organization.
• Participate in meetings and brainstorming sessions for upcoming projects.
• Track digital metrics across multiple social platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.)
Qualifications
(educational, experience and basic knowledge requirements):
• Must have earned or in process of earning Bachelor's degree.
• Advanced in Adobe Creative Cloud. (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop)
• Must have experience managing social media accounts.
• Attentive to detail and direction and have excellent organizational skills.
• Proactive problem solver and be able to work well under pressure.
• Passion for social media, other emerging technologies and eagerness to learn new applications and software.
• Professional demeanor demonstrating responsibility, initiative and dependability, all with a positive attitude.
• Must be open and responsive to design feedback and changes.
• Must be able to communicate status of projects effectively to department and clients.
• Must be a quick learner and enjoy a fast paced environment.
• Flexible and adapts to various environments and situations.
• High ethical standards and strong sense of confidentiality.
Special Position Requirement
• Ability to work multiple nights and weekends.
