The Job
Perfect Game Midwest is looking for a purpose-driven individual with a genuine interest in learning about the industry. As an Account Management Intern, this individual will assist in the day-to-day operations of tournament organization and execution. You will be assisting with communicating with teams to help them register, gather payments by the deadline date, roster updates and creation and more. The right candidate must be a trustworthy and passionate team player. This person must also have a love for the game and the athletes, families, and coaches we serve.
The Daily
• Assist with the collection of tournament registration and pre-paid gate fees
• Assist with roster updates and confirmation
• Assist with record keeping on promotions, paids/unpaids, and more
• Approve player waiver requests
• Assist with the creation of events, updating of event information, etc., on website
• Update post-event information including placings, MVP notes, etc., on website
• Assist with office communications (social, emails, phones, etc)
• Other duties as assigned

• A passion for connecting and supporting youth sports coaches, players and families
The Details
• Students must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university
• Paid Internship
• Approximately 600 hours
• 40 Hour work week -- flexible based on needs
• Weekend shifts required
• Meets college internship requirements
