People Store is looking to hire an Office Manager!
This position is integral to operations here at the office, managing day to day dealings and long term projects alike. You will have a lot of responsibility and autonomy to run the office as you see fit.
The Office Manager is in charge of all client relations, both in person and across all of our websites, scheduling for the office, onboarding all clients (including going through submissions), drafting contracts, running auditions and keeping the office up and running with supplies. They manage the roster, keep track of actor payment, handle contractors, plan office functions and parties, write a quarterly newsletter to the actors, and just about everything in between. Additionally, the Office Manager runs our internship program, and manages all of the social media for the company.
In addition to day to day operations, the Office Manager gets a voice at the table in helping with long term plans and projects, serving as the assistant to the Vice President of Operations, and helping craft the message of the office. It is a job with autonomy, authority, and responsibility.
