Full Time Job
Studio/office assistant for a commercial photographer / director.
Job duties include but not limited to:
Email & phone communication with clients, agents, producers, vendors, photo crew, etc.
File organization - paper and digital
Archive organization - film and digital, including backups
Running errands such as dropping off items to be shipped, purchasing stamps, making bank deposits, etc.
Various personal assistant tasks as they come up - usually includes online and phone research, but can also include driving children to various after school activities (all 11 or older).
Must be reliable, organized, trustworthy, detail-oriented, communicate well, and willing to help with a wide variety of tasks.
Knowledge of the photo industry and experience with production, archive management (film and digital), and customer service are a must, and basic retouching skills would be highly recommended.
Working knowledge of Apple/Mac products, Adobe, Phase One, Microsoft Office, and Dropbox are required.
Experience working with eBay would be an added plus!
