Intern - Editorial

This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship

Interns will assist our Vault Manager and Assistant Editor in the following:

• Inputting and tracking incoming and outgoing elements for past and current jobs.
• Managing in-house media library, both physical and digital
• Updating editor sales reels and coordinating with sales reps for client screenings
• Providing routine tech support and troubleshooting for network, Internet, hardware and software issues.
• Keeping all software and computer systems up to date with general maintenance
• Creating print ads, DVD covers and other art for company branding
• Learning editing software, prepping, session attendance, etc.
• General housekeeping and administrative duties, errands, etc.

We expect interns to to take full advantage of available technology to build a strong editorial skill set. We are looking for energetic, tech-savvy individuals with a strong interest in the editorial process
