Partisan Records is looking for a highly organized and self-motivated individual to join the team as an office manager in their New York City HQ. Candidates should have at least one full year's experience in an administrative role; an interest in music and the arts is a clear advantage. As well as covering all general office management duties, the role will provide assistance to the company's CFO and marketing team.

Job Description
Office Management
Responsible for the day-to-day running of the office including but not limited to:
-Receiving guests
-Main point of contact for all office suppliers such as: superintendent, cleaner, IT services, etc.
-Manage office supplies: regular and one-off deliveries
-Manage phone lines and main switchboard
-Manager repairs and maintenance
-Shipping: booking, packing and shipping mail on behalf of team; receiving and sorting post
-Organizing and maintaining storage
Marketing Assistance
Assisting marketing team with various tasks including but not limited to:
-Managing webstore including customer service, open orders, fraudulent transactions
-Sales registrations
-Inventory management: office and warehouse
-Guestlists and ticket buys
-Assistance with tour press
Executive Assistance
Assisting management team with various tasks including but not limited to:
-Data entry: enter cash receipts, vendor invoices, customer invoices, customer payments, deposits from all sources, manual checks and check printing, semi-annual inventory reports, record employee expense reports
-Managing invoices: weekly check runs, collecting W-9s, help prepare annual tax accounts, invoicing and collections
-Assistance with bank reconciliation and credit card reconciliation
-Assist in preparation of reports with CFO as needed
-Travel bookings for management and other staff members
Full Time.
