Overview:
CBS Eye Max is a cross-platform innovation and integrations group that focuses on branded entertainment partnerships across all CBS Network dayparts. We work with advertisers to amplify their brand through scripted integrations, media partnerships, and custom innovations across CBS programming in fresh and interesting ways.
The Senior Manager will be based in New York and will work alongside the SVP on developing and implementing all pre and post-sale integrations across CBS Network Daytime Shows. This role acts as a crucial member of the Eye Max team to help coordinate day-to-day operations. They will ensure that all aspects of the integration process (client proposals, ideation, pitching, selling & execution) for multiplatform branded content campaigns run efficiently. In addition, they will also work with the rest of the team across all dayparts on leading the workflow and delivery of cross network proposals and integration execution.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate the production, workflow, approval processes and implementation of Branded Entertainment campaigns. They will work directly with internal divisions, external vendor partners, and clients to ensure effective communication and delivery of materials and information for seamless execution.
• Determine production schedules and trafficking of both internal and client-provided assets for daytime integration executions.
• Manage the Branded Entertainment daytime production calendar and its communication across all internal and external production partners.
• Ideate and develop client proposals and creative one-sheets for multiplatform branded content campaigns for daytime and cross-network opportunities.
• Lead all aspects of branded digital/social integration extensions. Work closely with digital/social media team and deliver assets to clients post execution.
• When needed, attend Branded Entertainment shoots and secure all wrap assets for client delivery.
• Assist in status reports, revenue tracking and budgeting process of projects which includes determining costs.
• Coordinate with in-house finance department to process invoice payments.
• Works alongside SVP in the creation and maintenance of integration assets and integration clips per execution for distribution/recaps/presentations/sales inquiries.
• Represent Branded Entertainment in both internal and client-facing communications where necessary. They will serve as a liaison between Branded Entertainment Sales, On-Air Production, Social, Digital and Online Production, Standards Practices, Legal, Press, and Programming.
• Stay abreast of the Branded Entertainment landscape, especially among competitors, and share case studies and effective techniques on a regular basis.
• Support other Eye Max dayparts as needed.
Basic Qualifications:
• Strong understanding of the current landscape and be able to come to the table with creative ideas and strategies for all platforms.
• Strong organizational skills, detail oriented with the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to prioritize effectively and forwardly think ahead.
• Working knowledge of CBS's television programs and its brand.
• Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel Outlook.
Additional Qualifications:
• 3 years of experience at an agency, media company, sales organization or production is preferred.
• Fantastic people skills, able to communicate clearly and represent the needs of the network and our clients.
• Good leadership ability and creative problem solving.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Positive mentality, strives to learn and work with cross-functional teams.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $115,000.00 - 127,500.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is eligible to earn sales incentive compensation.
