Role Details:
As Paramount continues to grow, so does the need for additional creative marketing talent. In your role as Associate Producer, Creative Marketing, your job is to cultivate best-in-class 360 marketing content to promote Paramount Originals and Paramount live sporting events. We are looking for someone with a passion for media, pop culture & sports with a relentlessly positive and collaborative approach! Someone who can effectively work cross-functionally and support Creative Directors, and Strategic Marketing Brand leads to champion alignment on the creative vision for each campaign.
As part of a dynamic, fast paced environment, you will work with creative teams including VPs, Creative Directors, Supervising Producers, our internal Creative Studio and external agency resources to deliver inspired, clear, creative direction that results in content that levels-up to strategy and exceeds creative expectations. Along with managing in-house resources, this candidate will learn how to cultivate relationships with cross-company brands and leads to ensure invariable messaging.
The ideal candidate is a pragmatic and thoughtful producer with basic writing and producing skills. Typically assigned to help produce 360º campaigns with frequent guidance from senior staff and frequent management oversight.
Responsibilities:
• Support VP, Creative Directors, and Supervising Producers with the creation, revision, dissemination and delivery of all campaign assets.
• Help to manage the finishing process across print, AV, digital and social media assets, working with internal and external partners.
• Help to produce photo shoots, AV capture, and ADR sessions as necessary.
• Organize materials to ensure a uniform title brand across cross-functional teams and business units.
• Facilitate communication with internal partners as well as external resources.
• Additional duties and responsibilities, as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
• BA/BS in Film, TV, Media Studies, Communication, or a minimum of 2 years of experience as an Associate Writer/Producer in on-air promotions and marketing
Additional Qualifications:
• Knowledge of video production and post-production
• Interpersonal and time management skills are essential
• Developing creative marketing skills
• Basic writing and production skills
• Knowledge of digital and social platforms, trends, and standard methodologies
• Ability to juggle several projects at one time often under tight deadlines.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to a challenging, fast-paced environment of multiple priorities and partners
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong attention to detail
• Experience using team collaboration platforms like Asana or JIRA
• Proficiency in G Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Slides, Sheets, Groups, Chat) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with AVOD / streaming subscription services
• Copywriting experience
• Experience in TV, or Streaming service is desired!
