What will you be doing?
We are looking for a Marketing Executive to join the ViacomCBS streaming marketing team, this is a Paramount role, but you may be required to work on other brand when priorities demand it.
This role will be a part of showcasing the best content available, building both reputation and ratings for Paramount . Reporting to the Senior Manager, Brand and Content, the Marketing Executive will be actively involved in all aspects of delivering the marketing communications and campaigns across both new and returning series. We're looking for a motivated self-starter who's looking to play a pivotal role in the launch and continues success of our new SVOD service. You will be responsible for ensuring that campaigns are delivered to brief and on time. Working in a support capacity for through-the-line campaigns and other major projects (including delivery of campaign elements, project timelines, budget sheets, WIP reports, meeting facilitation etc), the successful candidate will need to communicate effectively and work closely with a number of internal stakeholders and cross functional teams within the wider department, including our programming department, creative, PR, digital, growth marketing, partnerships and international teams, as well as external agencies.
Campaign Management
• Briefing and executing 360 marketing campaigns to drive awareness, consideration and intention to purchase Paramount
• Develop strong relationships with VCreative and external agencies, media planning, publicity, research, growth marketing and social to build a collaborative and ambitious culture, producing bold creative campaigns which maximise cut through and buzz around our content.
• Work closely and collaboratively with our creative and media teams to develop a clear understanding of the success of our activity and use these insights to shape future plans.
• Ensure all output regarding the service is correct, in line with the marketing guidelines and communicating key message priorities
• Assist team in building presentations for key internal and external meetings
• Liaise with production and distribution partners regarding key assets and materials including imagery, footage and copyright
• Prepare content priority slides for affiliates
• Keep ahead of developments in the field of marketing, maintaining links with the industry and incorporating fresh research or approaches into marketing plans where relevant
On Brand, all assets, all channels
• Understand the brand's personality, the core target audiences, values and that these are consistently communicated in an authentic way through all marketing activity
• Deliver and where required lead the development of brand materials and deliver brand guardianship for the business
• Contribute to the brand strategy and marcomms plans eg research, setting targets, commercial growth goals and campaign ideas
• Be part of the team developing creative paid and on-air campaigns which promote the key channel priorities
• Work closely with the wider creative, marketing and PR teams to ensure all creative campaigns are aligned and maximising recognition and reach
• This role will support both the Senior Manager, Brand and Content Marketing and Senior Manager Marketing Operations
