
Global Acquisitions Executive Assistant

Overview
This position will be responsible for providing administrative support to the EVP, Head of Global Acquisitions & Republic Pictures as well as the SVP, Production for Paramount.
Responsibilities
• Manage executive calendars and schedules, coordinate meetings with internal and external participants.
• Screen and effectively respond to phone communication and email correspondence.
• Greets scheduled visitors and conducts to the appropriate area or person.
• Prepare monthly expense reports.
• Liaises with internal departments and external entities as needed.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as needed, including maintaining files, preparing agendas, and copying documents.
• Arrange travel plans and itineraries.
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree.
• 1 years of experience in an administrative support role.
• Administrative experience supporting a high-level executive, preferably in entertainment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and internet software

• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with staff, internal and external contacts and senior management
• Ability to be adept at multi-tasking, prioritizing, and managing projects in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to handle confidential materials and demonstrated professional maturity
• Entertainment industry knowledge
• Strong organizational skills, with ability to attend to details while maintaining a big picture orientation
• Ability to handle a wide variety of tasks with little or no supervision
• Good attention to detail and follow-through skills
• Self-starter, preemptively identifies potential issues and responds accordingly
• Demonstrate good judgment and ability to deal with confidential and sensitive issues
• Passion for media and entertainment.
