Overview & Responsibilities:
The PTP Director will serve as the administrator on all Global Accounting Services related financial systems for Procure to Pay (PTP). You will serve as the subject matter expert for Ariba, SLP, RampUp and Celonis responsible for managing the team handling the implementations, enhancements and break fix items. The Sr. Tech Admin will assist the Dr. of Technical Services and the VP, GPO with managing the business relationship between Paramount Global and SAP. Management of the team will include completing business requirements, SIT and UAT testing along providing training across Paramount Global on the PTP related systems. Managing the Technical Services team responsible for the following:
• Project management and project leads
• Business requirements for enhancements/break fix
• Testing across all existing ERP systems
• RampUp
• Training employees and suppliers globally
• Process improvements
• Project Lead on ERP and PTP related system implementation
• Responsible for continuous improvement and automation that achieves the highest level of service and efficiency
• Performs root cause analysis sought toward eliminating source of process issues from business environment as needed in Ariba, SLP, SAP and RampUp
• Partners with the Paramount Global technical teams across all existing ERP systems to resolve system defects and implementation of system improvements
• Ensures all PTP testing processes for new SAP, Ariba, SLP, RampUp and other PTP related system implementations are completed successfully and timely
• Manages resources responsible for identifying and supporting change management activities including communications and training programs related to new system implementations, new employees and refresher training as needed using metrics-based information to improve PO, vendor and invoice compliance
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree (or comparable experience) in Accounting, Finance, Business, Project Management, Information Technology or Organizational Management
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and OneNote
• Knowledge of SharePoint Site configuration, development and maintenance
• Experience with Financial System implementations, blueprinting and system data conversions
• Experience with HP Quality Center system testing application
• Advanced knowledge of and experience with SAP ECC/SRM Systems, including technical experience with data tables, security roles and workflow processes.
• Experience with Business Intelligence tools for a major ERP system, including writing/crafting report
