Overview & Responsibilities:
We seek a rockstar who can lead all aspects of people resource planning in a fast-paced environment for ViacomCBS Streaming's group! ViacomCBS Streaming's Marketing, Data and Operations organization is looking for a highly motivated Director level program manager who understands resource management, headcount planning, and Human Resource project delivery. You will work closely with our Human Resources Business Partners to ensure people resource planning is an efficient process that supports the org in delivering our complex, matrix, projects on time, on budget and with value. You will also work with cross-functional teams and will be a key member of the Human Resources department. You know what it takes to manage complex initiatives, involving multiple partners and a diverse team of collaborators and are able to identify new solutions and improve upon existing processes!
Your day-to-day:
• Collect and maintain an accounting of new and existing open head counts across multiple, cross-functional teams
• Plan and track the fulfillment of open requisitions
• Partner with our HRBPs and the leadership team to review available people resources, prioritize and advocate for support
• Moderate travel between Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York and Florida offices (when viable)
• Keep an eye on the big picture across recruiting, hiring and compensation to ensure success
• Stay current on our internal recruiting and hiring processes and report on progress against initiatives on a regular basis
• Lead the preparation and management of project plans, documentation, risk mitigation and resource management
• Effectively apply development methodology and implement project standards
• Create and ensure completion of documentation that remains current and well organized
• Troubleshoot urgent issues and remove impediments
• Be an agile thought-leader, constantly improving how we work, championing a positive culture
Basic Qualifications:
• BA/ BS in Business, Communications, Engineering or related field required or equivalent experience
• 7-10 years of experience as a Project Manager for a large scale Internet based organization and/or vendor based solution provider of enterprise technology
• Experience in HR transformation, process changes/change management, and implementation
• Experience partnering with, negotiating with, and influencing senior partners
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized and able to prioritize and lead numerous projects with competing priorities
• Past experience in Traditional waterfall project/program management
• Self-motivated, creative, deadline enthusiastic, relentless about effective communication and delivering quality results required
• High proficiency in tools and reporting: Jira, Confluence, google suite, Slack, and ability to deliver statuses with flair and efficiency
• Proven experience forming effective relationships to get results
Additional Qualifications:
• Knowledge of video streaming products on Mobile, Desktop, OTT and Smart TV screens
• PMP Certification or similar Program/Project Management certification
• Experience with headcount planning
• A bag of project planning tools, tricks and processes for reporting, planning, analyzing data, and communicating efficiently
