Overview and Responsibilities:
Do you want to be part of a team that crafts Paramount’s HR next-generation digital solutions? We are looking for a Director of HR Innovation Hub & Adoption to help reimagine the future of tech and experience to drive business results! The team of innovators will be focused on defining, developing, and delivering emerging digital solutions and products to HR through applied research!
• Support the adoption of current technologies by crafting a roadmap and inspiring change readiness materials to support successful execution of the projects
• Conduct research and bring a steady stream of innovation and new ideas backed up with applied research and latest thinking
• Ideate, research, and incubate new innovative ideas and latest technologies to deliver breakthrough solutions
• Capture and prioritize market, customer, and internal feedback and requirements; lead the roadmap and project pipeline
• Work with collaborators and vendors to explore how to apply ideas internally and externally
• Partner with HR senior leaders to lead all aspects of all project based and change initiatives
• Drive thought leadership and innovative strategies to continuously improve the Employee Experience
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Experience in management consulting and/or internal consulting functions. Project experience in HR space is a significant plus
• Excellent written and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational navigation skills and be able to work in agile environment
• Shown ability to optimally collaborate with internal collaborators from various levels and areas of the organization and drive successful outcomes cross-functionally
