Overview
The International Streaming team is looking for a Creative Director for Title Marketing, reporting directly to the SVP of Creative for International Streaming. We are looking for someone who has a passion for great content, embraces a creative challenge and wants to be part of ViacomCBS' newly appointed team in charge of building world-class campaigns for audiences around the world. We seek a candidate that can easily recognize the value of a good concept, but more importantly understand the complexities of creative production. Knowing how to tell a story and generate interest, through direct or innovative communication is a requirement. Responsibilities
• Lead, develop and supervise the creative campaigns for new shows, in all media across multiple territories around the world. Working closely with the title Marketing VP to complete our strategic vision.
• Closely work with the domestic team and our content partners to align the international campaign vision and build on a unified global approach.
• Supervise and develop concepts that expand beyond traditional media, bringing our content to audiences around the world in innovative and unexpected ways.
• Build networks of agencies and production companies across all markets to find the right creative fit for our content.
• Develop powerful, strategic campaign presentations that deliver a clear message to secure endorsements from internal collaborators.
• Work closely with Design Director to ensure brand alignment in our communication.
• Work with the operations team to build a proper workflow that supports all creative requests and improves the team's ability to create and produce.
• Support regional creative teams in the development of local content campaigns.
• Understand local sensibilities and needs to build campaigns that can be properly implemented across markets.
• Ensure that all projects are implemented within or under budget.
• Manage talent and vendors on assigned projects.
Basic Qualifications
• 10 years of work experience, with 5 in Media.
• Experience crafting content campaigns across all platforms.
• Expertise in management of production process for all custom programs, from the creation of content to program launch.
• History of developing and maintaining creative production schedules and assets.
• Able to lead several projects and extremely tight deadlines in a high-paced environment.

• Concise and clear communicator.
• Someone that has a creative nature and strives to find new ways to delight and inspire audiences.
• Capacity to coordinate with International, and with different teams preferred.
• Excellent concept writing and presentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organized, and good management skills.
• Excellent proficiency in verbal and written communication in English.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, entrepreneurial mentality and resilient spirit with experience navigating cross-functional organizations.
