SO, WHATS THE JOB?
Reporting to the Senior Director of the Audience Impact & Intelligence team specifically on the Marketing and Operations division, this coordinator will play an essential role in evangelizing the team's expertise and thought leadership work through key internal and external marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for an entry level candidate who would like a crash course on internal communication strategy and trade marketing. You will hit the ground running and support the team by creating marketing collateral, streamlining launch calendars, developing promotional presentations, assisting in the logistical planning and execution of event marketing, performing marketing research audits, and building meaningful relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

The day to day:
• Direct partnership with the Senior Director and logistically supporting select marketing events and initiatives for the group.
• Support the research and evaluation of trade marketing partnerships and compiling research analysis on innovative marketing vendor and tactics
• Assisting in production of advertising and marketing materials and collateral
• Creating promotional marketing presentations as well as overall marketing campaign recaps
• Handle logistics and pre-production of event as necessary to ensure a seamless execution
• Provide on the ground presence and support during live and virtual events.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree
• 1 years of related experience or interest in a Marketing and/or administrative support role (strong internship experience considered)

• Ability to balance multiple priorities and an approach that is flexible, resourceful and agile to adapt to shifting organizational needs
• People and team-oriented mind-set and a knack for cultivating a culture of collaboration and sharing
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and prioritization skills who can work well under pressure
• Ability to effectively manage and resolve challenges constructively
• Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint/Keynote, Excel, and Outlook and G-Suite
