We are looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to join our growing team, supporting the Streaming division at Paramount Global. We are a progressive and collaborative HR team so come grow with us while we support the growing business of Paramount and Pluto TV!
This individual will be responsible for a wide variety of projects and organizational support across the Streaming HR team: from assisting new hires with their onboarding, to helping managers process HR tickets. You will provide transactional support to our HR team and learn a lot about the HR process by working directly with those managers and directors. This role is a great opportunity for someone who wants to further grow their career to become an HR Business Partner down the line.
Your Day-to-Day:
• Partner with key stakeholders to facilitate a smooth employee onboarding experience; help welcome new hires to the organization and be their “go-to†for initial employee questions / information.
• Be the expert on the employee transaction process - advise managers on how to get the action they need done and be the go-to when follow-up is needed on open tickets.
• Be the on-site support for in-office events - new hire orientation, training classes, and social/networking events.
• Update / maintain employee trackers and pull organizational charts that capture the current status of the population.
• Support the full lifecycle of the non-staff population - including onboarding, tracking, extensions, offboarding, and conversions to staff by partnering with managers and the HR team.
• Support various HR projects that may include engagement review, diversity review, talent review, onboarding and offboarding.
• Special projects as needed.
• This role will follow a hybrid work model - with the expectation to be in the office 2-3 days per week.
