Paramount also enables subscribers to stream local CBS stations live across the U.S. in addition to the ability to stream ViacomCBS Streaming's other live channels: CBSN for 24/7 news, CBS Sports HQ for sports news and analysis, and ET Live for entertainment coverage.
Overview & Responsibilities:
Our Consumer Marketing team within the ViacomCBS Streaming group is charged with distribution and monetization of premium content across the spectrum of digital partnerships and business models. This includes our direct-to-consumer subscription service Paramount .
The team is a diverse and agile group that works in an exciting and fast-paced environment, working cross-functionally across different departments and partnering with multiple technology/distribution partners to ensure that we deliver Paramount content to consumers, however and wherever they want to consume it.
The Associate Marketing Manager will facilitate the execution and analysis of Paramount Program & Original Series marketing campaigns, delivering new audiences and subscribers for Paramount .
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on go-to-market implementation in our owned, earned and paid media channels
• Manage organization and trafficking of creative assets, working with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely delivery
• Conduct analyses of campaign performance
• Maintain essential campaign documents including calendars, one-sheets and decks
• Identify incremental strategic opportunities to improve and enhance campaigns, drive acquisition, retention, and viewership
• Research industry trends and conduct competitive analyses to help inform decision making
• Go-to-market support for our growing slate of Paramount Original Series and Movies
• Creation and maintenance of campaign tracking documents
• Lead execution of marketing plans across select Original Series and Movies
• Assist in reevaluating current processes, including budget maintenance and asset organization, to identify areas of improvement
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or similar field
• 3 years working in marketing or entertainment
Additional Qualifications:
• Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Stellar organizational skills with an ability to prioritize and manage workload, working across multiple campaigns at any given time
• Strong verbal and interpersonal skills with a keen attention to detail
• Experience working for a video streaming service
• A demonstrated passion for premium entertainment
• Prior experience working in a creative agency and/or a media agency a plus
