Our work reflects the diverse voices and lived experiences of the people on our team and the inclusive culture in which we come together to build, innovate and make our clients heroes.Client Solutions is a high-energy, fast-paced team within Paramount's Digital Integrated Marketing division passionate about developing custom media solutions that apply the full scope of Paramount's digital portfolio of assets to generate revenue. The Associate Manager will develop strategic digital ad, content, and product solutions for both proactive and incoming sales marketing efforts. They will build marketing collateral that inspires, informs, and drives demand for the entire Paramount portfolio including entertainment, sports, news, kids, and more.
Responsibilities
include but are not limited to:
• Partner with Account Managers and Account Executives to build custom marketing solutions for RFP responses, proactive pitches, and key meetings in assigned industry categories.
• Assist creative/program strategy, as well as data and insights, to shape the overall direction and development of the narrative
• Collaborate with client solutions, site and content strategy, brand studio, and design, efficiently leading approvals, mocks, and details to build strategic presentations.
• Lead creative and content brainstorm meetings throughout the pre-sale RFP process, soliciting input from various partners from concept to submission.
• Internal expert on combining opportunities across the Paramount portfolio including sponsorships, custom content, digital and social campaigns, etc.
• Develop best-in-category solutions unique to client business challenges.
• Assist Client Solutions Managers and Senior Managers in key intra-department initiatives elevating our day-to-day pre-sale marketing materials.
• Proactively stay up to date on trends and solutions in assigned industries.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as marketing, communications, media studies
• Minimum 2 years in sales or integrated marketing experience at a media company or brand with an emphasis in multiplatform video, custom marketing, or editorial sponsorship solutions
Additional Qualifications:
• Adept at encouraging and maintaining relationships with internal team leads
• A love of developing narratives to support a concept or influence; excited by the prospect of problem solving a brand's marketing challenges
• Excellent storytelling and communication skills and a keen understanding of how to craft and evolve a thesis
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects independently while communicating and collaborating effectively with a variety of partners.
• Ability to identify trends and understand how consumption habits inform advertising or marketing strategies
• Broad knowledge and curiosity about the larger TV landscape capabilities, marketing, commercial strategies, and opportunities
