Full Time Job
The Coordinator, Marketing will be responsible for providing administrative and project-based support for the Senior Vice President of Strategic Marketing for Paramount TV.
• Gathers and delivers approved footage, logos, photos and cleared music to vendors/partners for content creation.
• Routes all marketing materials through legal and BA for review and approval
• Organizes and manages all approved final marketing assets and marketing campaigns on internal database. Act as custodian of corporate logos, trailers, artwork, assets, etc…
• Follows social media accounts for our shows, our talent, and competitive Entertainment properties and provide top-line reporting on social sentiment.
• Social Media asset ideation, creation and upload to help support Marketing partners and Paramount TV productions
• Screens incoming calls and correspondence
• Manages supervisor's calendar and schedules appointments
• Coordinates travel for executive
• Process all travel and departmental expenses
• Ability to be flexible, nimble and adapt to workplace needs.
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree
• 2 years administrative office experience
• Proficient with Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and internet software
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Good organizational and project coordination skills
• Demonstrated good judgment and the ability to deal with confidential and sensitive issues
Additional Qualifications
• Entertainment marketing experience
• Familiar with social media platforms and the ability to capture insights
• Comfortable with social media asset ideation and creation
• Strong people skills; must be able to manage relationships across multiple business units, departments, and external vendors
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize workload efficiently and meet strict deadlines for complete tasks/assignments
• Good attention to detail and follow-through skills
