Overview:
We are looking for a Creative Advertising Manager that will report to Creative Advertising Executive and works to develop the creative print and audio/visual materials for Motion Picture campaigns.
Responsibilities:
• Acts as a liaison with advertising agencies, other teams within the marketing group, and outside studio departments (i.e. production, legal)
• Handles the compiling and communication of advertising deadlines (in theater, print, TV and digital), material deliveries, feature production schedules, and assists with the production of special video and photography shoots
• Weekly meetings include Marketing Materials Meeting, Vendor Creative Meetings, and other meetings as the need arises to represent the Creative Advertising Department
• Finishing Liaison: Daily communication with AV finishers & print post production on status of materials & final approvals
• Facilitate clearances with marketing services team (MPA, legal, guild requirements)
• Manage narrator scheduling and payment
• Assist in Providing direction on creative materials to vendors
• Work with publicists to get key art approved by talent
• Build secure files for filmmaker viewing/approvals
• Build & provide Quote Culls to all departments based on selected & approved quotes from reviews
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor€™s degree as well as some experience in both print and A/V creative advertising
• Minimum 3 years related experience
Additional Qualifications:
• Familiarity with the technical terminology of print and audio/visual advertising
• Phenomenal organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Good oral and written communication skills!
• Proficiency with office software and the Internet environment
