This position is responsible for providing administrative support to the Executive Vice President of International Creative Advertising and Marketing.
Responsibilities
to include, but not limited to:
• Prepares files and materials for territory review and feedback
• Manages executive's calendar and schedules/coordinates meetings and appointments
• Screens and responds to incoming calls and correspondence
• Manages budget and cost reports for creative team
• Arranges meetings or conferences by arranging conference rooms, issuing meeting requests or invitations, and coordinating handouts
• Generates notes and feedback from weekly creative/brainstorm meetings
• Coordinates meetings or conferences for international sales and marketing teams
• Arranges detailed and extensive international travel plans and itineraries and compiles travel documentation and expense reports
• Contributes to creative brainstorm sessions
• Builds and presents competitive campaign analysis and other creative projects
• Prepares agendas, notices, minutes, and resolutions for meetings as required
• Light research duties
• Prepares reports and presentations in PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Word as required
• Performs administrative duties such as filing, typing, and copying documents
• Other ad hoc duties as required
Qualifications
/skills
Basic Qualifications
/ Skills:
• Bachelor's Degree
• 1 years of related experience
• Strong social media skills
• Highly Proficient with MS software including Word, Excel & PowerPoint

• Ability to multitask and deliver under tight deadlines with a calm manner
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with staff, other administrators, internal and external customers and senior management
• Must be organized and detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple high priorities and have the ability to appropriately prioritize work and proactively anticipate and manage time efficiently
• Self-motivated
• Interest in Marketing and Advertising
• Familiarity and knowledge of photoshop and video editing
• Experience working in an international environment
• Experience in entertainment industry
• Familiar with a variety of industry concepts, practices, and procedures
• Able to communicate efficiently with people from around the world
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
