Overview and Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for supporting the International and Domestic Content Distribution Team within Worldwide Distribution Services.
Responsibilities
include, but are not limited to:
• Raising and releasing Content Distribution related purchase orders as needed for theatrical features, theatrical products and services
• Tracking purchase orders against budgets, ensuring that invoices are received promptly from vendors upon project completion, and that projects can be financially closed
• Invoice receipt processing: reviewing, confirming service completion from multiple vendors, and approving for upload to Basware/Invoiceworks systems
• Assisting domestic and international print controllers on the Content Distribution team with running and cross-referencing reports to ensure data is accurately captured and reconciled (TDS/GPOS/RPS)
• Coordinating project requirements and status with content stakeholders (Domestic Sales, Int'l Offices, and vendors)
• Placing orders into vendors after parsing order information from various order entry systems
• Tracking content distribution delivery reports for order reconciliation and historical records
• Generating and distributing Release Date Schedule on a twice weekly basis
• Updating and maintaining final film stats of all Paramount theatrical product
• Supporting Management as needed
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Minimum 1 years work experience
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel; proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and internet software

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task in fast paced environment
• Self-motivated, self-starter
• Experience in Entertainment Industry a plus!
