Paradigm Talent Agency, a global full-service talent agency with 12 offices across the US and UK, is seeking a Coordinator to join its fast-growing corporate communications team. The position is based in Paradigm's new Beverly Hills offices. Reports to the Executive Vice President of Communications and works closely with the corporate communications team. Primary responsibility is to manage departmental projects that support the agency's media relations, events, advertising and other communications activity. Other responsibilities include writing press releases, bios and other materials; developing pitches for trade editorial specials; helping to manage internal communications and corporate social media; assisting with Paradigm corporate entertainment and industry event access; helping to produce internal and external events; managing trade and tribute book advertising; and supporting larger Corporate Communications initiatives. Candidates must be motivated, self-starting, achievement-oriented individuals with minimum 2-3 years corporate communications experience at film or television studio, network or streamer, talent agency or entertainment industry PR firm. Candidates must have strong written and personal communications skills, be social media savvy and have a natural instinct to network and relationship-build. Candidates must have BS or BA from accredited four-year college or university.
