Baseball Sales Associate and Ambassador Manager

JOB OVERVIEW:

We are hiring a salesperson to join our growing baseball sales team. This individual will be selling to professional baseball players and managing a team of remote Brand Ambassadors to help facilitate the ambassadors' sales efforts. As we are growing quickly, the role has significant opportunity beyond sales.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sales
• Present, promote, and sell the Pando pooling model to professional baseball players
• Educate players, agents, and financial advisors to the benefits
• Study customer needs to tailor pitch and pool composition
• Reach sales quotas on schedule
• ''Go the extra mile''

Management
• Manage a team of 10 remote Brand Ambassadors and aid them in selling to professional baseball players
• Collaborate with, train, educate, and motivate remote ambassadors

Lead generation
• Build and maintain a healthy player pipeline
• Establish, develop, and cultivate a deep network within baseball
• Help with marketing to attract channel partners
• Qualify inbound leads and identify prospects -- cold calling comfort is essential

Team player
• Coordinate sales efforts across departments and cooperate with other sales associates
• Wear many hats, with lots of room for growth and ways to add value

EXPERIENCE:
• 1-2 years' experience in baseball (e.g., baseball operations, scouting, analytics), sales, and/or agent industry
• Sports fans & those with baseball networks are a plus
• BS/BA degree or equivalent

• Ability to create and deliver tailored presentations
