Established Film Permit Service currently expanding and looking to fill multiple Assistant positions. Candidates will possess the ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Looking for a speedy but accurate typist with strong proofreading skills and a professional phone demeanor. The ability to manage the constantly shifting needs of our demanding clients with a smile is of the utmost importance. Geographical knowledge of the greater Los Angeles area and proficient map-reading skills are helpful. Must be able to prioritize and multi-task.
We have been in business 30 years and continue to grow. We're looking for someone who thinks fast on their feet, is a go-getter who will go the extra mile to make things happen, is extremely detail-oriented and maintains a good sense of humor under stress. We're in an extremely demanding business but we have a solid team who really enjoy what they do. This is an office job with your day spent in front of a computer. We are looking for someone who wants to commit to the company and grow in the job. We promote from within, so there is a tremendous opportunity for a long-term career for the right person. This is a full time, M-F position.
Hours - Monday-Friday from 9AM-6PM with the potential of working Fridays from 10AM-7PM
