On-Air Traffic Coordinator

Title: On-Air Traffic Coordinator - Creative Services

Job Responsibilities:
- Working directly with Vice President, Director and Manager of Creative Services
- Create promotional scheduling campaigns.
- Schedule all promotional elements and double checking the logs for accuracy.
- Create and implement program formats.
- Work directly with master control to solve any on-air discrepancies.
- Prioritize and manage both data entry and managerial responsibilities effectively.

Required Skills:
- At least a year of Traffic experience preferred
- At least a year working at a Network or Agency preferred.
- Familiarity with Traffic software
- Organizational skills a must
- Dedicated team player
- Proficient in standard MS Office applications
- Gifted analysis of spreadsheets and databases
- Tact and diplomacy in direction and recommendations
